个人简介

张靖,男,博士学位,北京航空航天大学生物医学工程高精尖创新中心,教授;“***青年人才奖”获得者;中国科学院“卓越青年科学家人才计划”入选者;中国科学院“创新促进会”成员。2002年6月和2005年6月于哈尔滨理工大学分别获得自动控制学士学位和计算机应用技术硕士学位,2009年于中国科学院自动化研究所获得模式识别与智能系统博士学位。于2009年7月入职中国科学院北京基因组所任助理研究员,2014年1月升任副研究员。2014年获得中国科学院“卓越青年科学家人才”,入选中国科学院青年创新促进会,获得2014年度“***青年人才奖”。2015年7月入职美国哥伦比亚大学(Columbia University)任Associate Research Scientist。2019年入职北京航空航天大学任教授。

多年来一直从事数据挖掘、机器学习、人工智能的研究以及它们在生物医药领域的应用。 主要集中在如何开发、应用机器学习方法从充满噪声的高通量、高纬度的基因组数据中提取特征, 挖掘出有用信息,以解决早期胚胎发育、肿瘤发生发展、多肽疫苗研究方面的实际问题。在最顶级国际 SCI 学 术刊物上,诸如 CELL,Nature,Cell Research, Annals of Oncology, Neuro-Oncology,Nucleic Acid Research, National Science Review 等,发表 SCI 期刊论文 30 篇。先后作为项目主持人承担国家自然科学基金,中国科学院卓越青年科学家人才,中国科学院创新促进会人才等课题。作为大数据挖掘与机器学习的Investigator,2017年在美国哥伦比亚大学成功申请了Children's Tumor Foundation的资助用于研究脑瘤。2019年获得青年学者项目支持。多次受邀出席国际会议作基因组大数据挖掘与机器学习的报告。

现主要开展 1. 开发新的深度学习方法,研究肿瘤发生发展,预后,免疫相关科学问题; 2. 应用机器学习方法挖掘全基因组学数据,研究免疫系统与肿瘤发生发展之间的交互作用关系;3. 开发、应用新的机器学习方法研究鉴定多肽疫苗;4. 构建转基因动物模型, 从分子生物学的机制层面研究肿瘤免疫、多肽疫苗相关的科学问题。5. 生物医学诊疗平台的开发。
